SCHOLARSHIPS AND AWARDS

Dilek Sabancı contributes every year in the encouragement of the successes under the Scholarship Programs and Award Programs both to be financed from the special fund that she created under her name within the Sabancı Foundation. Below are indicated the SCHOLARSHIPS and AWARDS provided through the Dilek Sabancı fund by means of the Sabancı Foundation:

 

University Scholarships:

Every year 3 students graduated from the Dilek Sabancı Vocational Trade School and who have the highest university placement scores are provided with scholarships during their university education.

 

Sabancı University Scholarships:

Every year 3 students are provided with scholarships through the Dilek Sabancı fund which is under the Sakıp Sabancı fund.

 

Education Awards:
Every year the students graduated from the Dilek Sabancı Vocational Trade School in the top 3 grades and the school’s 3 most successful teachers are given as “Education Awards” cash grant equal to the value of a certain amount of Republic Gold coins.

 

OTHER

Dilek Sabancı is also a Member of the Board of Trustees and of the Executive Committee of Turkey Spastic Children Foundation to which is attached the Metin Sabancı Cerebral Palsy Training and Research Institute which was established by the Sabancı Foundation in 1996.

She is the Honorary President of Turkish Special Sports Association (TÖSSED).
